This was supposed to be a follow-up visit after diagnosis of rib fracture by Urgent Care. There was no physical exam; no review of X-rays; no discussion about next steps. Instead, there was a lecture about how to avoid a second heart attack. Disappointing since my first heart attack was more than 11 years ago and according to my cardiologist, my heart health is better than it has ever been.I will not be returning to this facility.
