Comprehensive Treatment and Follow-Up
To protect our patients and staff, all people entering a BCH care facility will be required to wear a mask (exceptions include children <2 yrs. old or medical reasons such as trouble breathing, unconsciousness, or someone unable to remove a mask without assistance). *Cloth masks, bandanas, neck gaiters, and masks with valves are not acceptable.
BCH is the most comprehensive provider of occupational medicine in Boulder County. Our clinic is conveniently located at the Community Medical Center (CMC) in Lafayette:

To schedule an appointment, call 303-415-4340. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Provider hours are Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
If you are injured on the job:
- Always notify a supervisor immediately, or as soon as possible, so they can authorize treatment. Once treatment has been authorized (or if your supervisor is not immediately available), call 303-415-4340 for an appointment.
- For minor injuries during the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday, you may contact our office at 303-415-4340 and let us know if you are on your way. Although we will work to accommodate walk-in patients, we ask that, whenever possible, injured employees call for an appointment at 303-415-4340 so that we can ensure the most appropriate and convenient care.
- For life threatening injuries, call 911 and ask to be taken to one of the Boulder Community Health facilities.

Post-Injury Drug Testing* is provided at any of our BCH labs.
*Note that drug testing must be completed within 24 hours after an injury and there must be a Drug Testing Contract on file at the lab signed by the Employer.
