BCH and COVID-19 Updates

People who have general questions about COVID-19 can call CO-HELP (Colorado’s call line for COVID-19) at 303-389-1687 or 1-877-462-2911.

Safer Check-In Policies
BCH has instituted new safer check-in policies for patients visiting any BCH medical facility. Whether visiting your doctor for a routine appointment or Foothills Hospital for lab or imaging, knowing the check-in process will help keep you and our staff safe. Click here to learn more.

COVID-19 Screening Policy
Patients and approved visitors (including vendors) will be screened upon arrival to any BCH office or medical facility. Everyone should be prepared to have their temperature checked and answer a few questions. A mask is also required to enter any BCH building and must be worn at all times. Bandanas, neck gaiters, and masks with valves are not acceptable. Click here to learn more about our screening process.

BCH’s High-Quality Care is Open for You!
BCH has reopened many important services, including traditional in-person clinic visits and elective surgeries. We also now offer convenient virtual visits to our physician clinics. Patients can be confident knowing that we are keeping our staff and community safe by thoroughly cleaning/disinfecting, routinely screening and testing all staff for symptoms of COVID-19 and promoting social distancing. Learn more about our thorough and thoughtful plan for providing the safest possible environment for our patients.
