Boulder Community Health Foundation

Established in 1978, the Boulder Community Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that exists to enhance the quality and availability of health care services in Boulder County by generating and administering all charitable gifts to our nonprofit community-owned hospital system.

COVID-19 Vaccine Plan

Boulder Community Health offers the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. People age 16 and older are eligible to be vaccinated. You can self-schedule appointments using the free MyBCH patient portal. Learn more about our vaccination process on our general vaccine information page.
