Walking Resources
A regular walking program is good medicine. Research has shown that walking 20-30 minutes a day can help lower your risk for chronic health conditions including heart disease, diabetes, cancer and osteoporosis among others. Walking is low-risk, easy to do and has the lowest dropout rate of any physical activity.
