I recently had a stay at BCH for a pulmonary issue. Every person from ER to discharge was outstanding. I felt well cared for by everybody I encountered. There were too many to name but I want to give a special shout out to one of the floor nurses, Hayley. She was so encouraging when I had set backs and felt discouraged. She was always able to answer my questions, make me laugh and make me feel everything would would be ok. Thank you to her and everyone who contributed to my wonderful care. Jill
