BCH Announces new primary care clinic at former Alfalfa’s building
New Anchor Point Primary Care clinic to open fall 2022
Long-time community philanthropists Brad Feld and Amy Batchelor, co-chairs
of the Anchor Point Foundation, have been exceptional philanthropic supporters
of BCH. In recognition of their investment in the future of health care
for our community, BCH has announced that a new BCH primary care clinic,
opening in fall 2022 at the former Alfalfa’s building at 1645 Broadway,
will be named Anchor Point Primary Care.
One of four future tenants of the now-vacant building, Anchor Point Primary
Care will consolidate two of BCH’s Boulder-based primary care practices
under one roof: Spruce Street Internal Medicine (2575 Spruce St) and Dakota
Ridge Family Medicine (2995 Baseline Rd). The practices have grown and
demand more space needed to continue providing excellent patient experiences.
The new clinic was designed by Boulder-based PEH Architects with construction
services by Golden Triangle Construction.
“This new location marks BCH’s return to Broadway, where our
community health system started 100 years ago. Both clinics have deep
roots in the Boulder community, including hard-won and long reputations
for excellent, patient-centered primary care. Conveniently located in
West Central Boulder, our existing patients will still have ready access
to the same doctors and primary care services close to home in a beautiful
new location,” says Vice President of Ambulatory Services Larry
Novissimo.
