old or medical reasons such as trouble breathing, unconsciousness, or
someone unable to remove a mask without assistance). *Bandanas, neck gaiters,

COVID-19 Swab Testing at BCH
Community Drive-up Testing
Patients can now schedule appointments at our community drive-up testing
site in Boulder:
Testing is available Monday through Friday
by appointment only. For weekend testing, call one of our
Urgent Care Center locations located in Erie, Gunbarrel or Superior.
Pricing
The charge for a COVID-19 swab test at our Community Drive-Up testing
site is $100.
A COVID-19 swab test test performed at a BCH Urgent Care is part of an
Urgent Care visit, and the charge is approximately $139.
We recommend that you contact your insurance provider ahead of time to
discuss how they will process your COVID-19 swab test.
Urgent Care Center Curbside Testing
As of October 19, 2020, all drive-up testing, including tests for COVID-19,
influenza and strep throat, will require a video visit prior to testing.
This change will increase the safety of all patients seeking urgent care
services by allowing our providers to screen patients for symptoms of
infectious disease before they come to the Urgent Care. Appropriate patients
can then receive proper testing recommendations and additional instructions
for drive-up testing.
Patients calling one of our BCH Urgent Care locations in Erie (303-415-5810),
Gunbarrel (303-415-5199) and Superior (303-415-5255) will be able to directly
schedule a virtual visit with a nurse practitioner. If the NP recommends
swab testing, patients can schedule a drive-up appointment.
Swab testing will be available at all three locations seven days a week.
Patient charges will include an Urgent Care virtual visit charge in addition
to any testing fees.
Patients seeking COVID-19 testing for travel purposes, return to work requirements
and those who choose to not schedule a video visit will be advised to
call the BCH COVID-19 Line at 303-415-8180 to schedule a test at the Della
Cava Family Medical Pavilion. We will continue to offer drive-up testing
at that location by appointment only Monday—Friday.

Options for COVID-19 Swab Testing (Physician and Self Referral)
COVID-19 swab testing is available with a physician's order or by self
