Vendor Access
All vendors requiring access to Boulder Community Health facilities must be registered with Green Security. Green Security will provide background screening and credentialing services for all Boulder Community Health vendor representatives. If you are not registered, you may do so clicking the button below.
To ensure that all vendors doing business with, or providing services for, Boulder Community Health (BCH) are identified and properly informed about BCH vendor requirements and guidelines to promote the security of all patients, visitors and staff please review our vendor policy below.
Navigating the hospital
- Vendors will park on the fourth floor of the parking garage in one of the vendor parking spots located by the elevators. From there, proceed to the first floor and enter the building through the Employee Entrance/Exit next to the Emergency Room Doors, using your Green Security RFID badge to open the doors.
- You will then scan your RFID badge in on the Green Security iPad located just inside the hallway. This is mandatory per our BCH Vendor Guidelines.
- You are now able to access the elevators and proceed to the clinical areas directly.
- You may also exit the OR through the double doors towards the lounge area/cafeteria, and scan your GS RFID badge on the iPad on the wall outside of the doors to reenter the OR.
- Once your visit is complete. You must scan your RFID badge out on the Green Security iPad by the Employee Entrance/Exit.

Forgot your badge?
- If you do not have your Green Security RFID badge with you, you may, if necessary, print a visitor badge through the Green Security iPad, and then get a BCH badge. You may only do this twice. (You will need to enter the facility at the rear Dock/Delivery door and buzz the Communications Center to be let in).
