Thank you to our Patient Financial Services professionals in honor of National
Patient Account Management Week.
We have a group of knowledgeable, dedicated and caring staff to help our
patients navigate the confusing, complex and yes, even stressful process
of billing and payment.
Did you know:
- The Patient Financial Services Team generate and follow-up on over 350,000
patient encounters annually and process millions of dollars in insurance
and self-pay payments.
- We assist about 5,000 callers each month with their billing questions.
- We also screen for financial assistance, offer payment plans, and process
In March, 2017 our team launched a successful
online bill pay program for greater convenience for our patients.
We view our role as a continuation of the patient care here at Boulder
Community Health by caring for our patients financially. Our jobs require
us to handle a diverse mix of job responsibilities and exercise a high
degree of initiative and professionalism.
