My right hip replacement after 4 months became infected and after a short stop in the ER, I ended up in room 360 for 4 days. My primary nurses were Tamara and Princey, both excellent nurses who went above and beyond constantly to make my care excellent. My hip debridement was done by my orthopedic surgeon, Dr Chen, who I cannot recommend highly enough. He was a very good doctor and a very easy person to work with. My infection response was coordinated by Dr King, who is very thorough and, again, easy to work with. Most notably I was attended by Sean Wallis as an NP who is extremely professional, extremely well grounded and easy to work with. My stay was complicated by some medical factors (blood clots) and there was no clear cause of why my hip went septic after 4 great months of healing, but the team I was attended by was excellent and have my highest recommendations and regards.
