CARING HEARTS: A Support Group for the Cardiac Caregiver
CARING HEARTS is a free monthly support group for family and friends who
care for loved ones with cardiac illness that meets on the third Wednesday

This vibrant group of heart-attack survivors trains together with volunteer
coaches to run the Bolder Boulder 10K race every year.
Education & Outreach
As a community hospital, BCH is dedicated to helping raise local awareness

athletes and their families to senior groups.
