BCH Be Well Saturdays: Episode 8

  • Category: Wellness

Boulder Community Health is back with our next episode of our Virtual Wellness Series, Be Well Saturdays. Look for new episodes on the second Saturday of each month.

Join BCH Community Outreach Coordinator and host Gina Simmering, RN and guests to hear a variety of tips on how to stay active, eat healthy and be well from BCH physicians and some of our wonderful community partners.

This month's episode features: Focus on FOOD!

In this episode, we have paired some of our community partners from Open Space and Mountain Parks, Boulder Parks and Recreation and Natural Grocers with three local chefs to share simple, nutritious and healthy recipes. We will also take you inside Boulder Heart cardiologist Dr. Nelson Trujillo’s kitchen to learn how he prepares his favorite heart-healthy breakfast.
