As an independent, nonprofit health system, Boulder Community Health (BCH) understands the transformative power of giving community members input into health care decision making. This is why we conduct focus groups and community interviews to identify health care services that best serve our community. We bring together our findings in a report called a Community Health Needs Assessment, or CHNA.
Join us for a virtual presentation to hear how we’re improving the health of the people and communities we serve, as identified in our 2023-2025 CHNA, and see the results of the survey which will drive out 2025-2028 plans.
