Submission Form for BCH Social Media Posting
The BCH Marketing and Public Relations Department wants to make it easier
for departments to request social media promotion of their event or distribute
important information to fellow BCH employees and the greater Boulder
County community. This submission form will give BCH staff the ability
to submit requests for social media promotion/follow-up of a BCH event on our
Facebook,
Twitter,
LinkedIn and
Instagram profiles.
Social post guidelines:
- You must fill out all of the required boxes for the Marketing team to review.
- Social posts to promote an upcoming event should be requested at least
one week ahead of time.
- Social posts after an event has occurred should be submitted within one
day of the event, if possible (Events held during a weekend will be posted
the following Monday).
- Please provide high-quality images in a horizontal format, if possible.
Any images that are low quality, blurry or inappropriate will not be used
in the post.

*Please note: Marketing has the right to edit for content and length. Only
submissions that are appropriate BCH events/information will be considered
and not all submissions will be used. If a submission is not used, a marketing
specialist will contact the requester to explain the reason.
