Would have appreciated her taking a look at my injured toe before ordering an X-Ray, and also notifying me that the X-Ray would likely incur an additional bill. Also for being in Urgent Care, there was very little "urgency" and only the nurse expressed his apologies for the process taking so long.

I thought it was very good. When I sat down at registration, I was not facing the person who was taking my information. The chair was facing another way, and she was also behind her computer screen. That was very impersonal. However, I was delighted with Cara. I was really hoping and planning on seeing a doctor, but she was fabulous.

Very professional and knowledgeable. It wasnt a rigid clinical experience, it was very comfortable and feiendly. I feel like they care about the patients they treat.

I felt that this office was upbeat and careful to consider my comfort while being treated there. I feel confident that the staff handled my problem competently.
