The Breakdown of The Health Care System, Chronic Pain Patients Suffer:
I need to restore my life, for the last 7 months I have had no quality of life, poor health, increased complex chronic pain, etc. All because my pain Doctor chose to LIE on my medical records.
I have been looking for an Attorney/ Law Firm who can help patients without healthcare for 6 months w/ NO LUCK. I have contacted over 200 attorneys in the Denver and Boulder Areas. I DESPERATELY NEED HELP. I know that you are busy, but I have had terrible luck finding any help in CO. I have had Complex Chronic Pain, sciatica, arthritis, +more for 20+ years now. I was recently discharged from a Louisville clinic with no warning, no explanation or scripts to help me function. This PA-C wrote fraudulent notes on my records, and they went behind my back to set me up with a MONSTER(suboxone, ignorant, inhuman) I have lost my ability to work, chronic pain has progressed considerably, chronic fatigue, Grand-Mal Seizures, and weakness. Plus, he added fraudulent entries /explanations on my Medical Records to cover his behind. Since then, I have seen at least 8 different PhD's and they all have treated me like a modern day leper, also sent medical records to many others. My health is deteriorating to a point were I can barely make it up the stairs, or get out of bed. Can you please help me to "get pointed" in the right direction. I have reached out to numerous places, filed a complaint to Colorado medical board, contacted medicaid, tried malpractice lawyers, etc. Nobody seems to care or know how to help me. I thought refusing to treat a person with long-term disability was a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
I understand attorneys, people need to make money and we will pay you for your time.. No one seems to understand the problem is that no medical "professional" will touch a long-term chronic pain patient with a 10 foot pole. We keep hitting BRICK WALLS! This idea that CCPS people can just survive off Tylenol and aspirin is absolutely ridiculous. We have contacted patient advocates, Boulder County Health services, Health Law Attorneys, CO Medical Board, and I have even emailed the Governor, the President, and more. No one cares that 30,000 + people with chronic pain have committed suicide since 2016, because of the current "Opiophobia" in the US. Am I just another statistic? Pretty egregious and inhumane treatment of millions
Do I need to get a medical injunction? It has been 7 months since I was prescribed any pain control medications..

* Severe Lumbar Radiculopathy on Left and Right Sides
* Severe Back Pain of Entire Spine( Lumbar, Thoracic and Cervical)
* Grand Mal Seizures
* Radiculopathy of Radial Nerves (left and right arms&hands)Often,daily
* Chronic Muscle Spasms of Thoracic and Cervical Spine
* Severe Right Hip Pain
* Chronic Headaches
* Insomnia (both pain and stress related)
* Weight Gain of 25 pounds
* Unable to Work (Cannot Fix / Resell Cars, Tuning and High Performance Mods)
* Progression of Arthritis in Left Knee and Right Hip( Due to my body is "favoring"/putting more weight on one side due to uncontrolled pain and spasms)
