New Patient Story

I had a very troubling experience with the lab. I am feeling sick, my throat hurts, and called to inquire about a strep test, self pay. I was given an appointment time and I arrived on time and checked in by phone as directed. I then sat in my car listening to their very very annoying music for 15 minutes. It was 91 degrees outside and my throat and head were killing me, so I finally called the lab. They apologized and said someone will be with me soon and put me back into holding mold, listening to the very annoying music. After a half hour, I accepted the fact that no one here was going to help me and left.
