I wrote a message about missing belongings to your Patient and Family Advisory Council. Here's my feedback from a Patient and Family perspective: Two plastic BCH personal belonging bags (and his shoes)never followed a patient from the Emergency Room to Surgery to his hospital room on Thursday, Oct.28th. We were told today BCH is not responsible for lost items. Did we lose them? Was it not reasonable to think his clothing and shoes would follow him? We're grateful to the staff for their efforts over the past two days to find them!
