Like almost all Americans I'm more than leary about out so called health care system. Today was my first trip to my new PCP at BCH. Like most places they have a shoddy website they just love and have you register and also have a online check in plus your usual questionaire. HOWEVER when I went to the office and told them I was there I was handed a tablet to fill out even though I had already done everything online or so I thought. BCH has decided to include a questionaire that comes from a suicide hotline to evaluate you. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS WE ARE COMING TO YOU BECAUSE WE ARE SICK OR INJURED THEREFOR YOU DON'T USE A QUESTIONAIRE FROM A SUICIDE HOTLINE WHERE THE PEOPLE WHO CALL IT ARE CALLING IT FOR A SPECIFIC REASON AND THE OPERATORS ASK VERY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS TO EVALUATE THE CALL YOU ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CONTEXT THEN APPLY THEM ERRONEOUSLY ENDAGERING THE PATIENT FOR LIFE.

TODAY WAS MY 8TH ATTEMPT TO FIND A NEW PCP BECAUSE OF GROSS STUPIDITY LIKE THIS IS WHY I HAVE TO GO THRU SO MANY DOCTORS BECAUSE YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT EVER TRULY LISTEN TO PATIENTS IN FACT TODAY IS GOOD EXAMPLE; WHILE I WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM I CALLED YOU TO SPEAK TO UPPER MANAGEMENT TO EXPLAIN I FELT SO THREATENED THAT I FEARED I WOULD BE MISLABLED FOR LIFE SO I WAS CONNECTED TO RECORDING THAT CLAIMED TO BE A PATIENT REPRESENTATIVE BUT COULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALL..

I wll NEVER trust your facility or it's management
