Stress incontinence is a common condition that occurs when physical activity — such as coughing, sneezing, running or heavy lifting — puts pressure (stress) on your bladder causing unintentional urine loss. BCH OB/GYN Dr. Jeremiah McNamara discusses causes and treatments for stress incontinence from physical therapy to lifestyle changes to surgery.
