Holes of Hope: Golf Tournament Benefits the Tebo Cancer Center

Holes of Hope: Golf Tournament Benefits the Tebo Cancer Center

On June 20, 2022, Lake Valley Golf Course hosted the annual Holes of Hope golf tournament supporting the Tebo Cancer Center. This year, in collaboration with the Boulder Community Health Foundation, Lake Valley produced a video highlighting the stories of current and former patients and an employee of the cancer center.

In the video below, you'll hear from Jennifer Hohlfelder, Clarissa King, and Kenyon Waugh about their firsthand experience at the Tebo Cancer Center and the state-of-the-art treatment provided during their time there. Nanna Bo Christensen, a Tebo Cancer Center breast cancer navigator, details care and services that go above and beyond standard cancer treatments that the Center provides. Lake Valley Golf Club is honored to host the Holes of Hope Tournament in order to increase awareness and support the Tebo Cancer Center's resources and needs.

Tebo Cancer Center’s Mission: To provide sure guidance to patients navigating cancer’s uncertain passages In addition to using the most advanced technology and treatment regimens, the Center provides education, support services and therapies most appropriate for each stage of a patient’s journey. The Center’s patient-focused philosophy is supported by the center’s beautiful architecture and a host of services that span the full range of emotional needs.

The center works in synergy with Boulder Community Health's other critical cancer services – inpatient hospitalization, surgical specialties, and diagnostic service – offering a full, integrated network of cancer services within our community.
