The BCH Foundation continues to evolve our work to ensure we meet the ever-changing health care needs of the community. Your year-end gift directly impacts our ability to support BCH in a timely and meaningful way.

As you think about year-end giving to the BCH Foundation, here are some ideas to consider:

Gifts via check

Did you know?

  • Gifts via check must be postmarked by December 31, 2021.
  • Our mailing address is BCH Foundation, P.O. Box 19320, Boulder CO 80308.
  • Federal Tax ID # 84-0772664

Online giving

Did you know?

  • You can make your gift online at bch.org/annualfund and select the area you choose to support.

Corporate Giving

Did you know?

  • Giving to BCH Foundation you support a worthwhile cause and create goodwill for your brand.
  • You are directly supporting patient services, staffing and vital programs of BCH.
  • Recognition and benefits vary according to the amount of your gift.

Stock Transfers

Did you know?

  • It’s a smart tax-wise way to gift to BCH Foundation.
  • Avoid capital gains tax: 15-30% you’d pay if you sold the stock.
  • Receive a larger deduction by making a pre-tax contribution.
  • BCH Foundation can provide complete instructions for you to transfer stock.

A gift via your IRA

Did you know?

  • That if you are 72 or older, you can make a charitable contribution to BCH Foundation via your IRA without paying any income taxes on the gift.
  • That you can transfer up to $100,000 per year.
  • You must direct your IRA administrator to transfer funds from your IRA directly to BCH Foundation as a 501c3 charitable organization.
  • Every individual can use the IRA charitable rollover for up to $100,000; i.e. you and your spouse/partner.
  • The transfer generates neither taxable income nor a tax deduction.
  • To receive a letter for your administrator to request a transfer please be in touch with me any time.
