Worries about getting sick, facing financial hardship and distancing yourself from loved ones can become overwhelming. This can lead to spikes in sadness, stress, anxiety and loneliness. Fortunately, there are realistic ways to cope with these uncertain times.

Hear Martha Hawkinson of Mental Health Partners describe practical strategies for managing your COVID-19 worries in healthy ways. An expert in psychoeducation on trauma, Martha takes a strength-based approach to helping clients build and use their toolkit of coping and resilience skills. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been working with community organizations, coaching their frontline and leadership staff on how to assist individuals experiencing anxiety and traumatic stress.
