Courtney Pramann is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care for adults and seniors. Prior to joining Internal Medicine Associates at Foothills, she practiced at Integrative Internal Medicine & Medical Acupuncture in Brighton, CO and Wheat Ridge Family Clinic in Wheat Ridge, CO. She has an additional eight years of cardiology experience working as a registered nurse prior to becoming a nurse practitioner.

A member of the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association, Ms. Pramann holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Colorado at Denver and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Marquette University in Milwaukee.

Ms. Pramann strives to provide safe, high quality evidence-based care in the least expensive and most efficient manner possible. She has a special interest in health promotion and disease prevention. She has clinical interests in cardiovascular disease, including hypertension and lipid management, as well as diabetes, prediabetes, obesity and smoking cessation.

Ms. Pramann lives in the Boulder area with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

    She appeared concerned and to listen during the appointment but follow up after lab work was horrible. She did not suggest anything new or different; nor did she "hear" me when I described why something was important to me. I felt dismissed & unimportant.
