Annette M. Montoya, NP
About
Ms. Montoya is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received an MS
in Nursing and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University
of Colorado. She also received a BS in Physical Education from Colorado
State University. Prior to becoming a hospitalist, Ms. Montoya spent several
years as an ICU nurse at Boulder Community Health.
