Postpartum Yoga is the researched-backed modality of support providing many benefits for after birth. This workshop is an excellent compliment to her Baby & Me Postpartum Yoga or as a stand-alone educational experience.

Come ready to learn and move. All you will need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. For all postpartum people from as early as about 6 weeks to years after birth.

Taught by Anne Spear ERYT200, RYT500, RPYT. Anne combines ancient wisdom with modern movement science to nurture mind, body, and spirit. She is an experienced teacher and devoted mother. She specializes in Pregnancy and Postpartum Yoga and Exercise.
