Progressive Muscle Relaxation Meditation for Older Adults 60+ - Boulder

Meditation increases focus and mindfulness through different techniques that help participants experience a calm and peaceful state. This virtual class is tailored for those 60 years and older and will begin with breath work, then onto a 20–30 minute progressive muscle relaxation using guided meditation, breath and imagery, and will also include time for Q&A at the end of class. Sponsored in partnership with Boulder Community Health.

Instructor: Joan DePuy, RN, BSN, is the Trauma Outreach/Injury Prevention Coordinator for BCH and a Certified Reiki Master Level Practitioner.
