Kelly Adams

Kelly Adams joined BCH in 2026 and has more than 15 years of experience in health care with more than a decade of specialized health care legal practice and leadership. Prior to joining BCH, she served as Region General Counsel for Intermountain Health, where she supported operations across Colorado and Montana. Prior to joining Intermountain, Kelly was in private practice with Akerman LLP’s Denver office, where she advised national and regional health care clients on a wide range of matters. Before starting her legal career, she worked in research and program development for the University of Colorado Hospital.

As Chief Legal Officer, she provides legal and strategic advice on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters, with specialized expertise in strategic growth transactions, partnerships, affiliations, joint ventures, and real estate transactions.

Kelly graduated from the University of Colorado Law School, where she received a Health Law & Policy Certificate, and she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College.

Outside the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, DJ, and daughter, Molly, taking part in outdoor activities across Colorado and traveling together
