Meet Our Providers
Erie Family Medicine will provide medical care for all ages with a personalized,
team-based approach. Our providers are available to treat sudden illness,
manage chronic conditions and provide routine health screening and vaccinations.
Our integrated network includes care coordinators, educators and specialists
to ensure our patients always receive the best and most appropriate care.

Gary Grasmick, M.D.
Dr. Grasmick is board certified in family medicine. The Denver native
graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed
his residency at University Hospital in Denver.
An enthusiastic proponent of preventive medicine, Dr. Grasmick enjoys caring
for people of all ages and medical situations and brings a depth of personal
concern and attention to his patients.
His outside interests include mountain photography, downhill skiing, Colorado
history and fine wines.
Joshua Taylor, M.D.
Dr. Taylor is a board-certified family medicine physician. He earned his
medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and
Public Health and completed his family medicine residency at St. Anthony
North in Denver. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Taylor worked
as a certified nurse assistant at the Reedsburg Area Medical Center performing
patient care on a one-to-one basis and was an active volunteer with a
variety of community health projects.
Dr. Taylor believes in the adage “an ounce of prevention is worth
a pound of cure” and enjoys treating patients of all ages. His clinical
interests include chronic disease management including hypertension, diabetes,
asthma and COPD, tobacco cessation and sports medicine.
Dr. Taylor is experienced in martial arts and enjoys carpentry, hunting
and electronics. In his free time, he and his wife, Johannah, enjoy camping
Liz Locricchio, F.N.P.
Liz Locricchio is a certified family nurse practitioner. She received
her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Regis University in Denver.
She later completed a Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University
of Colorado in Colorado Springs where she graduated with honors.
Ms. Locricchio has many years of experience working as a registered nurse
in the areas of primary care, internal medicine, orthopedics, women’s
health and pediatrics. As a family nurse practitioner, Ms. Locricchio
provides a wide range of care for her patients from newborns to seniors.
As a medical provider, her philosophy of care is to create comprehensive,
holistic care for her patients with an emphasis on meeting the unique
needs of each individual.
Ms. Locricchio lives in the Erie area with her husband Rob and two sons.
When she is not working, she enjoys cheering her boys on from the sidelines,
hiking, camping, skiing and enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.

Erie Medical Center Grand Opening - March 4, 2019
BCH is pleased to announce that the Erie Medical Center will be open for
patients on Monday, March 4, 2019.The following clinics and services will
be open on March 4:
Boulder Heart (Cardiology)
Boulder Women's Care (Obstetrics and Gynecology)
Erie Family Medicine
Foothills Community Midwives
Imaging and Lab Services
Urgent Care Center
Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Services will also be available starting
April 15, 2019.

Update! November 13, 2018
BCH Announces Plans to Bring Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Services to Erie
BCH recently announced plans to relocate Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation
services to the Erie Medical Center when it opens in spring 2019. The
Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation program offers evaluation and expert
therapy services for children ranging from newborns through age 16 for
physical, sensory, motor, speech, language, cognition and academic difficulties.

Erie Medical Center Construction Progressing
The two-story, 40,000-square-foot Erie Medical Center is beginning to take shape.
Expected to open in early 2019, the Erie Medical Center represents an exciting
expansion of local health care services for Erie and the surrounding area.
The EMC will be the future home of several BCH-owned services, including
a new BCH Urgent Care, Imaging and Lab Services, a family medicine clinic,
Boulder Women’s Care (Obstetrics and Gynecology), Foothills Community
Midwives and Boulder Heart (Cardiology), along with a few non-BCH tenants.
The building is conveniently located on 6.1 acres of BCH-owned land at
101 Erie Parkway, the northwest corner of Erie Parkway and South Briggs Street.
