Advances in treating macular degeneration - Free online health lecture

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a leading cause of vision loss for adults over 60. Its victims live with a large blurry or blind spot at the center of their field of vision, making basic everyday activities — reading, driving, navigating stairs — agonizingly difficult.

Hear board-certified retinal specialist Dr. Justin Kanoff describe current and future treatment options for two main types of AMD: dry form and wet form.

Speaker: Justin Kanoff, MD, of Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado

Date: Thursday, Jan. 20, from 7 to 8 p.m.
