In our latest BCH Listens video, Vickie Aldrich, an Ultrasound Supervisor in the Imaging Department at Foothills Hospital, said that after her team heard a presentation about our organization-wide initiative on listening, they were inspired to change how they interact with patients.
Now, Aldrich said, it's all about putting down papers, pens and technology, and building relationships with BCH patients.
