Sofia Davies, DO,MS

About

Dr. Davies (pronounced DAY VIS) is a board-certified family medicine physician. She was raised in Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Integrative Physiology. She graduated from medical school at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Davies completed her family medicine residency in Westminster at Saint Anthony North Hospital. She credits her education as helping to shape her philosophy of medical care: a physician and patient partnership based on clear communication and the mutual goal of improving the patient’s health for a lifetime.

Dr. Davies’ clinical interests include preventive health, adolescent health, sports medicine, contraception, and procedural care. She recognizes the importance of maintaining patient health through lifestyle management and early intervention. She is a strong advocate for public health, vaccination for all, and accessibility to medical care.

In her spare time, Dr. Davies enjoys competing in judo, coaching sports, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
