About
Dr. Hand completed a bachelor’s degree and graduate degree in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. A few years later she returned to school and earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Hand completed her family medicine residency at Swedish Medical Center in Denver.
Dr. Hand enjoys family medicine as it allows her to treat patients of all ages. She believes in supporting and empowering her patients in making the important decisions regarding their health and health care. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Hand enjoys endurance athletics, quilting, knitting and gardening.

I always feel like Dr. Hand truly cares about my concerns and health. She takes the time to truly listen and never makes me feel like she is rushed to get to the next patient and that's rare nowadays. She makes me feel like my health matters to her and I think she's a Great Dr.

I've been lucky to have so many good doctors throughout a long life, but have never had a better doctor than Dr. Hand. She personifies professionally all the qualities, in spades, that a medical doctor should have, plus being a wonderful human being who conveys that she truly cares about her patients.
