She was very dismissive and condescending. She spoke to me as though I were a 4 year old, rather than someone coming in with very clear objectives, a very clear and logical approach, and a studied understanding of the situation. She demonstrated zero concern for me or my questions, interrupted me frequently, and ended up doing nothing more than I could have done on my own (ordered my own blood work from the lab). She also indicated that she would follow up with me once the results were in, and while I did not look forward to speaking with her, I find it beyond unprofessional and unacceptable that NO ONE called me after the results came in. Fortunately all looked fine and I come from a family overloaded with doctors. I have resources to get answers and feedback- but if this is how all patients are treated, I feel for those without this access. My provider, whose name I don't even recall, was not at all professional and her treatment of me was absolutely shameful.

I felt she listened but her mind was set on what she wanted to present to me.

Dr. Liz is the best Dr. that I've found since Dr. Pittenger retired. Dr. Liz is an excellent listener and takes your whole situation into account before discussing options. I've recommended her to my wife and daughter who both now see her as their primary Dr.
