About

Kelly Kolar is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Colorado State University and has earned her Master of Medical Science (MMS) from Saint Francis University. During her time at Saint Francis University, Kelly obtained her Certificate of Physician Assistant Studies at Red Rocks Community College in 2017 as well. She graduated with honors and is a member of the Pi Alpha Honor Society.

Prior to joining Boulder Community Health, Kelly gained extensive experience working as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant at North Big Horn Hospital District. She performed duties in inpatient, outpatient, telemedicine, and long-term care settings. Kelly’s knowledge includes pediatrics, women’s health, chronic disease management, geriatrics, procedures, and diagnostics. She has a special interest in women's health, minor in-office procedures, and chronic care management. Kelly joined Spruce Street Internal Medicine in 2021 and is excited to serve the Boulder community.

As of Oct. 2022, she is now part of BCH's Anchor Point Primary Care clinic.

In her spare time, she spends time with her husband, young son, and chocolate lab. She enjoys gardening, fly-fishing, snowboarding, and hiking as well as the beautiful mountains we all call home.
