Referred for PT - - I wanted to wait few more days to see if issue resolved & asked if I could use portal to let him know if I needed referred. He stated he has no time allocated for portal so should refer now. I told him no as I thought issue was getting better. I thought portal use was encouraged but he has no time for it.
