Gustavo Rodriguez, MD

About

Dr. Gustavo Rodriguez is a board-certified family physician at Erie Primary Care in Erie, Colorado.

Dr. Rodriguez received his Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas. He completed a preliminary year of general surgery at University of Colorado, Denver and his residency in family medicine at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, Texas. He was the vice president of the Latin American Medical Association and speaks fluent Spanish.

When meeting with his patients Dr. Rodriguez puts himself in his patient’s shoes, always, “treating others as he would like to be treated.” He will share with each of his patients their treatment options so they can decide which is the best for their needs and lifestyle. Each patient has different life goals, and while one option may be perfect for one person, another option may be better suited to another.

Dr. Rodriguez is an avid soccer player who enjoys working out. He is happy however, immersing himself in the Colorado lifestyle where he can hop on his bike as easily as he can his skis. He has two English Bulldogs who keep him in good spirits and is looking forward to traveling to Australia, Iceland and Asia.
