Elizabeth Tamaren, PA-C

About

Elizabeth Tamaren, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant. She has extensive experience as a surgical first assistant for neurosurgical procedures, inpatient rounds and outpatient clinic. She also performs physical exams, interprets labs and imaging, suturing and removal of sutures.

Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in biology, and a certificate in neuroscience from Indiana University at Bloomington. Following her undergraduate work, she received a premedical post-baccalaureate, completing a two-year program at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. She then completed her physician assistant training and certification (PA-C) at the Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program in Lakewood, Colorado.

Her philosophy of care is to “treat everyone just as I would treat a family member.”

Elizabeth moved to Colorado in 2016 and never plans on leaving. She loves camping, rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing and spending as much time as possible with her dog named Callie, who joins her on outdoor adventures.
