Diane informed me of all the new research that had been done and we decided to keep everyone the same. She also set me up with appointments to have my blood work done and a bone density test

Diane utz was a very cold & rude nurse who mansplained almost everything I know already, met me with way more skepticism than care, concern or even neutrality. I found her to be cold & sharp and I can see why she was the first to have an appt avail. Bad bedside manner and I work in the healthcare industry & do not experience or give Anyone this kind of experience. I will never go again.
