Asked questions he seems he asks everyone but did not listen to answers or give feedback about my concerns. Also seemed focused on weight instead of health & appeared to be disgusted when he had to touch me.

I brought a 1-page personal medical history typed on a piece of paper, which I had carefully prepared before the appointment since I was having difficulty remembering things around the time. The doctor showed little to no interest in reading or even considering the information I had prepared, and instead asked me questions which I had some difficulty answering. The doctor was professional but overall seemed very unwilling to consider that I might be able to collect information relevant to my own health or diagnosis. During my follow up telephone appointment with the doctor where we discussed the testing results from my initial appointment, the doctor largely confirmed what I had attempted to communicate with my written notes during the initial appointment. He provided a thorough explanation of my diagnosis and treatment plan over the phone, which I appreciated; however, when I asked if the treatment plan could also be written down and sent to me through the BCH portal, since I was having trouble remembering things (as I had expressed to him several times), his verbatim response was, "No, we don't do that and it will be a lot of extra work for me. You seem to understand things fine." It was that experience in particular that has prompted me to look for a different physician for subsequent evaluation. I have since been able to access his post-appointment notes in the BCH portal, but it was still an incredibly negative experience that I felt compelled to share in this survey.

Felt like everything was rushed. No time to explore what was going on with me.
