Adriana Lorenzo, a native of Colorado, is a skilled family nurse practitioner with 16 years of experience in the field of cardiology. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.

Adriana is certified in cardiovascular medicine and has a special interest in treating patients with chronic heart disease. She is passionate about promoting heart health through patient education and by treating the whole person.

Her care philosophy includes - Listening, advocating for patients, and problem solving, while incorporating the best evidence from well-regarded studies.

Outside of work, Adriana enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. As a family, they love to fish, camp and garden.
