A class for women to address concerns of recovery, intimacy, body image, sexuality, and relationships

If you have experienced intimacy and sexuality changes due to cancer treatment, you are not alone. As a certified sex therapist, Tara encourages open conversations about sexuality and body image issues. Together, we will create a plan to navigate the emotional, physical, and relational obstacles to help you reconnect and redefine a new sense of self.

Tara has taught this course for the last 10 years and is the author of Rediscovering My Body. She is well renowned in the field of sexuality and in helping women reconnect with their bodies during and after illness.

This is a two-day class. Registration gives you access to both days/classes.

Friday, May 19 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Saturday, May 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Facilitator: Tara Galeano, L.P.C., Certified Sex Therapist

"This course with Tara was fantastic, not only because it gave me a safe space to learn about and process how my body was changing through Cancer treatment, but also because I connected with amazing people who were experiencing so many of the same physical and emotional things that I was experiencing. I felt less alone and learned a lot!" - Martha L
