Pregnant bodies have unique needs. Prenatal Yoga is tailored to exactly what pregnant bodies need.

Prenatal Yoga is a multifaceted system to support pregnant people. These practices include stretching, strengthening, focused breathing, and emotional well-being.  

Prenatal Yoga is shown to:

  • Decrease anxiety and depression

Prenatal Yoga is a researched-backed modality of support providing many benefits for the pregnant person and baby throughout pregnancy. Classes prepare for birth, ease common pregnancy symptoms, and prepare for postpartum. Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with others expecting persons, gather resources, and establish friendships which may go far beyond birth.
