New theories in neuroscience explain how stress can cause very real changes in your physical and emotional health. Our Center for Mind-Body Medicine draws on these theories to empower individuals with tools for managing stress and boosting self-care.

For an hour each week, the Center for Mind-Body Medicine will host an online support group, focusing on mind-body skills that can help alleviate the emotional stress and isolation of the current coronavirus pandemic. Each week, you’ll learn a different mindfulness skill and also spend some time talking, listening, and supporting each other through this incredibly stressful moment in history.
