About This Event

  • Event Type:Lectures & Special Events
Details:

LECTURE MOVED ONLINE. DO NOT GO TO THE BOULDER JCC.
Boulder Community Health’s highest priority is to ensure we do everything within our control to maintain the safety of our patients, staff and the overall community. This requires us to take every opportunity to contain, control and reduce the impact of the COVID-19 virus. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), limiting public gatherings is a very effective tool for slowing the spread of COVID-19. We are following that CDC recommendation and cancelling all non-essential public gatherings intended for community members. This is effective immediately.

The free health lecture on “Relieving Spinal Disc Pain,” scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, from 7 to 8 p.m., will now be held online only at bch.org/livestream. Watch Dr. Rajpal from the safety and comfort of home, and use our livestream system to submit any questions you have for Dr. Rajpal.

Board-certified and fellowship-trained spine surgeon Sharad Rajpal, MD, will explain common spinal disc problems such as a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease. He will also describe the latest nonsurgical and surgical treatment options for relieving your pain, including advanced minimally invasive Mazor X robotic-guided spine surgery. Watch it online at bch.org/livestream
