Details: Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. While you walk at your own pace, you’ll have the opportunity to have questions answered by local physicians.

Join BCH cardiologist Dr. Nelson Trujillo for this annual holiday edition discussing “Food and Mood.” Enjoy over 275,000 dazzling LED lights on display throughout Central Park. Free refreshments (including top mood foods), prize drawings, and holiday cheer from our jolly elves will be provided.
