Mind Body Skills: Online Series
- Categories: Virtual Event, Class, Mind Body Medicine

About This Event
- Event Type:Classes
- Max Capacity:10
New theories in neuroscience now explain how stress can cause very real changes in your physical and emotional health. Mind Body Medicine applies these theories in treating health problems that haven’t responded to western medical therapies: migraines, anxiety, insomnia and chronic pain, to name a few.
Using a curriculum designed by Dr. James Gordon at the Center for Mind Body Medicine in Washington, D.C., this series will empower participants with mind body tools that can alleviate their symptoms and significantly improve their stress-related physical and emotional health.
