Details:

Bare Basic of Childbirth is a one-day intensive class that gives first-time parents (or parents who want a refresher) valuable tools and evidence-based information to prepare for your birth. Our instructor, Sutay Berman, a specially trained registered nurse and doula, will cover the normal physical and emotional experiences of late-stage pregnancy, labor, and birth including: possible medical interventions, cesarean birth, anesthesia and epidurals, natural options for coping with labor, and tips for caring for yourself and your newborn at home.

This is a long class, there will be an hour break for lunch. .

Fee: $80 per couple

Link for class will be emailed to you the day before the class.

Cancellations: A Full refund, minus a $5.00 processing fee per class, will be given for cancellation requests received 2 or more weeks before the start of a class series. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. To request a refund, email parentresources@bch.org.

Occasionally, we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will gladly enroll you in another class or provide a full refund.
