As an independent, nonprofit health system, Boulder Community Health (BCH) understands the transformative power of giving community members input into health care decision-making. That’s why we conduct focus groups and community interviews to create and annually revise BCH’s Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), which identifies our community’s top health needs, refines existing health priorities and pinpoints barriers to receiving health care.
Join us for a virtual presentation to give your opinion about our 2023-2025 CHNA and Implementation Plan, available on bch.org/CHNA. You’ll also have an opportunity to hear about BCH’s care coordination for those enrolled in Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid).
